Watership Down
Watership Down is a animated television series adapted from the book of the identical name by Richard Adams. It was made by Martin Rosen, also a Co Production of all All Time Entertainment of Canada.
Though the latter didn't broadcast the third string, watership Down aired on YTV in Canada and also CITV within the UK in 1999 to 2001, for also three string and 39 episodes. It starred a number of British celebrities, such as Stephen Fry, Rik Mayall, Phil Jupitus, Jane Horrocks, Dawn French, John Hurt, along with Richard Briers. Stephen Gately sang a fresh arrangement of Art Garfunkel's"Bright Eyes", which had been contained in the 1978 feature film, whereas Mike Batt and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra contributed a completely new score. Composer Eric Robertson in Addition to David Greene and Mike Batt were nominated for a Gemini Award for Best Original Music Score for a Dramatic Series for their work.
Some incidents from the adaptation were released on later and VHS . Back in October 2005, a Region 2 DVD boxset of three string was released in britain.
