Stingray
Sting Ray is a British children television series, produced by ITC Entertainment between 1964 and 1965 and AP Films for ATV and created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson. Its 3 9 half-dozen episodes were originally screened on ATV in the United Kingdom and also in syndication in the United States. The scriptwriters contained Alan Fennell the Andersons and Dennis Spooner. The music was written by barry grey, and Derek Meddings functioned as special effects manager.
Stingray was the Supermarionation production as well as the first in heads featuring many different expressions. It was also the very first television programme to be filmed in shade. Even though shade transmission was not commenced by independent television in the UK until November 1969 As of the time American television networks were still preparing for fulltime colour broadcasting.
