Kemono Jihen
When a collection of pet bodies that rot away after a solitary evening start appearing in a remote hill village, Inugami, a detective from Tokyo who focuses on the occult, is contacted us to examine.
While functioning the case, he befriends an odd kid who works in the field on a daily basis instead of going to institution. Shunned by his peers and also nicknamed "Dorotab?" after a yokai that lives in the mud, he aids Inugami reveal the reality behind the murders-- yet supernatural pressures are at work, and also while Dorotab? is just a nickname, it may not be the only aspect of the kid that isn't human.
