Everglades
The Everglades is a American crime-adventure tv show that aired for a single season from 1961 -- 62 and in re runs in first-run syndication. Ron Hayes starred as Constable Lincoln Vail, '' a police officer of this Everglades County Patrol who traveled the Florida Everglades in an airboat, a vehicle that was often the attention of the program. Hayes, stunt man and a California actor, was an avid outdoorsman and conservationist.
Gordon Casell emerged in five of the 38 half-dozen episodes as Chief Anderson, Vail's superior. Steve Brodie created three appearances. Dan Chandler was twice cast as the side kick of Vail. Future film-star Burt Reynolds appeared in Lew Johnson's role as soon as as Trask.
