Universal Soldier III: Unfinished Business
To find out more about the Universal Soldier squad, Luc Devereaux and Veronica Roberts are back at it again! However, Veronica becomes a fugitive due to a misunderstanding during a hostage scenario, so the two flee the city and go into hiding. Additionally, CIA Deputy Director Mentor and Dr. Walker are in the process of literally "creating" an assassination-ready Universal Soldier of Eric (Luc's brother) to kill him.
