After having a mass shooting a police officer Gannon finds himself forced out of retirement when he first recognizes that the killer belongs. Understanding that the shooting could put off a chain reaction of copycat violence his militiamen are quarantined by Gannon . There, he places about a collection of interrogations, intent on turning him over to stop further bloodshed and then ferreting out the killer.
