The Space Children
A brain-like monster that is glowing arrives to a beach near a rocket test site using a teleportation beam. The alien and all the kiddies of scientists communicate telepathically. The kiddies start doing the bidding of the alien while the adults decide to try to learn what's happening to their own offspring.
