Pressured by a greedy uncle (Brian Cox) and also a pile of debt, adorable loser Steve Barker (Knoxville) resorts to an unthinkable, contemptible, just-crazy-enough-to-work plot. He pretended to be mentally challenged to rig the upcoming Olympics and bring home the golden. But when Steve's fellow competitors get a good idea to the con, they inspire him to climb to the struggle of all: becoming a better person.
