In the late 1970s, Cockney crime manager Harold Shand, a gangster seeking to be legitimate property mogul, has big plans to get the American Mafia to deposit his transformation of a derelict place of London to the possible venue for a future Olympic Games. But a series of bombings goals his empire on the weekend that the Americans come in the city. Shand is convinced there's a traitor in his organization, and sets out to expel the rat in fashion that is ruthless.
