Kaoruko and Kazumasa Harima have two children and are separated. They'll divorce when Mizuho starts elementary school. Their daughter falls into a coma following a near-drowning accident at a pool. After doctors deem her brain dead, the couple must decide whether to donate her organs or wait until her heart quits beating.
