The story of how Ray Kroc, a sales man from Illinois, met with Dick and Mac McDonald, who have been conducting a hamburger surgery in 1950s Southern California. Kroc was impressed with the brothers' system of producing the food and saw franchise potential. He steered himself into a place to be able create a brand new empire and to pull on the company.
