He is going to get a raise. As he drives home from the party, he accidentally kills a man. For his promotion, the man decides to hide the fact that he did something bad. The next day, TV news shows that a body is hanging from a crane at a construction site. Because the body hanging is that of the person Choi killed last night, he's shocked that it is him. He is in charge of the investigation into the death of the man.
