Slappy and the Stinkers
Five 2nd-grade children who do not follow strict rules because of their own school main Brinway are dubbed"Stinkers" by him. On the class visit to a aquarium the Stinkers decide that a sea lion called Slappy does not feel too good there,"free" him, and plant him into Brinway's hottub.
