Rise of the Black Bat
At a City where crime rules ultimate, District Attorney Tony Quinn gets the scales of justice. It appears that crime has won permanently when a crime boss has Tony blinded with acid. But through magic of science, Tony is given that the ability to watch in the darkened such as a bat. Tony Quinn chooses the guise of the Dark Bat to see that crime pays and that the scales of justice are balanced once more.
