For many years their North and South's underworlds bumped along begrudgingly. Much like the Cold War, territories were respected together with each side keeping tabs on the capability of one other, out of this prerequisite to avoid apocalypse. This kind of precarious harmony that is false could not last for ever. Now some one has crossed the line, and there's no returning . An illicit love affair smolders, breaking tragedy that is threatening and taboo at the slightest mistake. It is a romance of purest, unadulterated love forbidden that its discovery could wreak carnage. The story is told using intertwining subplots that echo the complexity of life in the dog-eat-dog criminal underworld, through vignettes of strikingly original characters.
