Pim lives about the Flanders coast, with his mommy Yvette Bulteel somewhere in a run-down house in a street. Life here aromas of cheap smokes French fries, vermouth and beer. Mother Yvette uses her friend Etienne, along with his poor gray Fiat, being a catalyst for the nights that she needs to"perform". Of a lifetime Pim fantasies as a kid, imagining beauty queens and princesses. But when Pim turns 16 he fantasies of Gino, the handsome boy next door. There was this strain between them, From the time they were kids. Gino is the motorcycling hero of Pim. Little humiliations cold mockery and tiny pieces of hope earn the own life of Pim up. No wonder he some times flees to his fantasy world.
