Victor decides to bring him back to life that the way he knows the way when young Victor's pet dog Sparky is hit by a vehicle. But whenever the bolt-necked"creature" wreaks havoc and dread in the hearts of Victor's neighbors, then he's got to convince them Sparky's still the good, loyal friend he had been.
