A look at NYC's gentrification and growing inequality Class Divide, at a microcosm explores two worlds which share the Chelsea intersection -- 10th Avenue and 26th Street. Using the side of the avenue, the Chelsea-Elliot Houses have provided home. Their neighbor across the avenue since 2012 is currently Avenues: the planet School, a private faculty. What happens when kids from both these worlds make an effort to cross the divide?
