Back in early-1970s nevada, lowlevel mobster Sam"Ace" Rothstein becomes tapped by his own bosses to head the Tangiers Casino. At first, he's a terrific success at work, however through time, problems with a couple of corrupt politicians, his ex-hustler wife Ginger, her ex Lester Diamond and his enforcer Nicky Santoro placed Sam in danger.
