Stodge City is in the Grasp of his gang and This Rumpo Kid. Mistaken identity takes a hands as a'sanitary engineer' called Marshal P. Knutt is confused for a law marshal. Being the abbreviated form, Marshal attempts to help the town be reduce Rumpo, and a showdown is inevitable. Marshal has two aids--his expertise that is sanitary and revenge-seeking Annie Oakley.
