Caitlin"Cat" Sullivan is a NYPD detective working in Brooklyn. '' she is based on Leo Romba, a Brooklyn cab driver from France after her driving privileges are suspended. Leo becomes a Cat's driver and a consultant on her behalf cases. While resolving offenses is also conducting their very own unauthorized investigation into the death of her dad, an NYPD detective believed to have been executed by the Capella crime . In doing so, she clashes with Captain Baker her manager, and her Gregg, who has picked up the case for the FBI.
