Unemployed artist Jonathan Switcher gets a job at a department shop as an assistant window dresser. A gorgeous mannequin Jonathan had constructed leaps to life and reveals herself to be Emmy, an Egyptian woman who has been under a spell for centuries. Jonathan and his mannequin fall in love while constructing eye-catching window displays to keep the struggling store afloat, despite the unscrupulous manager's attempts to meddle.
