Mario, a model citizen, resides in a coastal Galician community. Everyone respects him as a nurse at the retirement community where he works. Mario tries to make Antonio Padn, the most infamous narco in the neighborhood, feel at home as he enters the residence following his release from prison. Now, Kike and Too, Padn's two sons, are in charge of the family business. The failure of an operation will result in Kike's imprisonment and a substantial debt to a Colombian supplier. Too will approach the nurse in an effort to get his father to absorb the debt. However, Mario has his own agenda.
