Jimmy and Tiger are wushu teammates. They're in LA to exhibit. However, Tiger plans to defect to L.A. to establish a name for himself. When Jimmy discovers Tiger wants to defect, he misses his flight to China. Now a fish out of water, Jimmy's last hope is L.A.'s Andy. While Tiger works for a mobster. Andy and Jimmy must face Tiger and his guys when Andy loses a fortune in cocaine in a detergent box. Only Penny, Tiger's boss's girlfriend, helps them. Two once best friends are now bitter foes.
