On your afternoon the statute of limitations died on a high profile a family member of the victim strikes himself off the construction in front of Choi Hyeong-goo, the detective in charge of the case. Two years after, a man called Lee Doo-seok publishes a publication titled"I am the Murderer" claiming responsibility for the murders that occurred 17 years ago. His book turns into a bestseller due to his vivid depiction of the crime along with the author appearances scene. The detective and the self-proclaimed murderer meet with face to face on a television debate series. Detective Choi renews his search for the truth. Subsequently still another man appears suddenly, claiming he may be the killer.
