Room 222 is an American comedy drama tv show produced by 20th Century Fox Television. The series aired on ABC until January 11, 1974 to get 112 episodes from September 17, 1969. The series had been broadcast on Wednesday evenings at 9:00 for the initial two seasons before settling to its best-remembered timeslot at Friday evenings at 9:00, following a Brady Bunch and The Partridge Family, also above The Odd Couple and Love, American Style.
Room 222 got Emmy Awards Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series Outstanding New Series, and Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
